<d-_-b> 4 attendees, 2 officers
<d-_-b> A lot of changes will start happening soon.
<d-_-b> Changes that are for the better of UR, I assure you.  These changes will be in structure, participation, and may affect you specifically.
<d-_-b> Today I will announce a smaller change, but a change nonetheless.  We're adopting a new ranking system.
<d-_-b> I must give thanks to our former second in command Lt_Myn_Skyhopper for providing the material for this switch
<d-_-b> We'd still be using the crude little diagram I'd made if it weren't for him.
<d-_-b> Now, this is how it will work.
<d-_-b> Rather than being the leaders of the UR, the staff will be the leaders of a platoon.  A platoon consists of 3-5 sections, or squads.
<d-_-b> Each squad has 8 to 12 people within it.
<d-_-b> Those of you in a position under Second in command, will be in one of the 4 squads.
<d-_-b> I, as your leader, will take the rank of Lieutenant
<d-_-b> Second Lieutenant will be held by CoW
<d-_-b> While the separate squads will be sorted out at a later date.
<d-_-b> Other than Phoenix, Mega, and Gammasts, you are all Privates.
<d-_-b> Those without a rank will be given one in due time.
<d-_-b> I believe I'm finished, unless Phoenix_9286 has anything to add?
